Partnering with the Church in regions where there is not already a Forge presence.

We long to see the reign of God revealed in the everyday spaces of life.

The online Forge Hub gives itself as a servant to the local church. As we have sought to listen and learn from pastors and leaders throughout the country, we have heard many express similar longings to see everyday individuals mobilized into the spaces they inhabit. The hope is for a movement of God’s people to embrace their opportunity and calling to join Him in His redemptive mission in the places they live, work, and play. To this end, we have created online learnings environments for individuals desiring to be mobilized and church leaders wanting to mobilize those they lead.

This partnership is a yearly journey for local church leaders and their teams. Throughout the year we will help guide the church leadership in creating a missional culture that that leads to people mobilized, disciples made, and communities transformed. The approach will be holistic, not simply programatic; but rather impacting the core, culture, and code of the organization. This journey is specifically designed for leaders who long to see: the people of God mobilized, financially sustainable expressions of church pioneered, pathways for movement created, and ultimately the reign of God revealed.

How often do we, as adults, have a person who consistently invest in us, without any personal agenda for how they hope we’ll use our energy? The job of a Forge Coach is never to plug you into his or her mission, but rather to help you define your own calling and empower you to engage that mission in an effective and sustainable way.

You’ll be challenged and encouraged along your journey. As you engage mission in your context—whether that is your neighborhood, workplace, school, gym, comic book store, meetup, etc.—your coach will be there to pray for you, to share new tools with you, to be a sounding board, or to offer advice.

Our coaches have been trained in the Keith Webb COACH model ( and are currently seeking certification as 5 Capitals Coaches (
